It is with great sadness that we announce the transition of Ms. Shirleanne Mitchell, 76 of Greensboro, who departed this earthly life on Friday April 15, 2022 at Carolina Pines at Greensboro.

Born May 5, 1943 in Meadowbrook, NY, she was the daughter of the late Stedson Brown and Carolyn Wilson.  She faithfully worked as a nurse for many years before moving to Greensboro to be with her devoted son Wayne.  In addition to her son, she is survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

The life of Ms. Shirleanne Mitchell was celebrated with a memorial service on Saturday May 7, 2022 at Calvary Christian Center in Greensboro, NC.
