Mr. Seneca Ashley Caldwell, 40 of Morganton, departed this earthly life for eternity on Monday May 15, 2023. Born January 9, 1983, in Burke County, he was the son of Seneca Caldwell and Debra McElrath. He was educated in the Burke County School System and upon graduation worked at Molding Fiberglass for several years. The greatest joy of his life was his two daughters Jazzlyn and Cynica, whom he loved adored.

Left to mourn his loss but treasure his memories are his parents Seneca Caldwell of Spartanburg, SC and Debra McElrath of Morganton, his daughters Jazzlyn Caldwell and Cynicia Caldwell both of Morganton, and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral service honoring the life of Seneca will be held Saturday May 20, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. in the Corpening Memorial Chapel of McCain Funeral Home & Cremations.  Interment will take place at a later date.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
