Mr. Roger William Harper, 76 of Brooklyn, NY (formerly of Lenoir), transitioned from this earthly life on Wednesday September 3, 2025.

A Receiving of Friends will be held from 9:00 - 10:00 AM Wednesday September 17, 2025 at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, followed by a Celebration of Life from 10:00-11:00 AM. The interment of Mr. Harper will take place on Wednesday September 17, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain.  Let us continue to keep the Harper and connected families in our thoughts and prayers.
