Paul Maynard, 72, of Forest City, entered eternal rest on April 18, 2025 at his home. Born September 9, 1952  in Providence, RI to Rita and Tom Gaizick, Paul came up alongside 10 brothers and sisters. Paul is survived by his wife, Rita, children: Christopher, Paul, Tricia, and Kyle, 6 grandchildren, and many special friends. Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Rita, father, Tom, sisters Gail and Diane, brothers Mark and Tommy, and grandson Nickolas. Paul will be remembered for the love he had for his family and friends, golf, and the Miami Dolphins.

A celebration of life will be planned for the summer and invitees will be welcome to share memories, laugh, and remember Paul.
