Mr. Jackie Ray Moore, lovingly known as "Jukebox", 70, of Hickory, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at his residence. Jackie was born to Willis Moore and Beulah Mae Branch on April 28, 1955, in Hockley, Texas. He was a beloved cook at Waffle House for many years. Jackie was an avid Dallas Cowboys Football Fan. He had a dog named Precious whom he loved dearly. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Eula Moore Johnson.

Left to mourn his loss but cherish his memories are his daughter: Ailleras Maddox of Asheville; brother: Willie Lee Moore; sister: Wanell Courtney, Savannah Gunnels, Brenda Moore Randon, and Linda Moore; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

A public viewing will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Corpening Memorial Chapel of McCain Funeral Home & Cremations. A wake service will begin at 1:00 p.m.
