Darius Connelly, age 35, of Morganton, North Carolina, departed from this early life on February 13, 2024. Left to mourn his loss but cherish his precious memories are his parents Ted and Angelee Connelly of the home; children Da'Riah Connelly, Na'Khia Connelly, and Xzayvion Epps; sisters Ashley O'Neil and Anita Johnson (Howard); brothers Terry Connelly (Valarie), Anthony Connelly (Cheryl), and Rex Connelly; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday February 21, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Corpening Memorial Chapel of McCain Funeral Home & Cremations with Rev. Anthony Radcliff serving as the eulogist; interment will follow at Willow Tree A.M.E. Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
